After years of studying work out plans, running into random information, and articles on how to get into shape. We have narrowed it down to three exercises that alone will get you in good shape if you do them everyday. There is no question that this will work so don’t buy a video, just do these for 30 minutes a day.

  1. Squats – Working legs gives you a huge boost and raises the body’s testosterone.  Having strong legs also helps you with the primary forms of cardio, running, swimming, rowing, and stairs.
  2. Kettlebell Swings – These are insanely effective at burning calories and are low impact. Research has shown that a 20 minute kettlebell workout is equivalent to running one mile at a 6 minute pace.
  3. Burpees – These are brutal. These will challenge you and get your heart rate up fast. Most important they will give you an entire body workout.

  3. Bench Press – Benching will get you a bigger chest, this by far is the most attractive of all muscles to most women if you are not over weight.
  4. Row – Rowing is another full body and core work out that hits needed muscles.

If you keep doing these and stay focused, you will get strong, VERY strong.
