Looking good is hard for some people, here is some tips for getting you started.

You should use:

  1. A good all over cleanser, such as soap or body wash. Organic is best
  2. Moisturizer for dry skin daily.
  3. Facial exfoliate (grainy scrub) to help remove dead skin cells, which you should use a few times per week.
  4. Face wash for your skin type: dry/sensitive, normal, oily or combination.
  5. Toner to improve your skin tone and tighten pores.
  6. Facial moisturizer to leave your face feeling silky smooth.
  7. A rich shaving gel to help your razor glide over your skin.
  8. A razor with an aloe and/or vitamin strip to discourage nasty razor burn.
  9. Contact a recommended dermatologist if you feel that your skin needs professional attention.

Take good care of your teeth:

  1. Get an electric toothbrush.
  2. Get good quality Toothpaste.
  3. Use Antiseptic and anti-plaque mouthwash.
  4. Dental floss at least once a week.
  5. Using all three of these products in combination after every meal if possible.
  6. Visit your dentist for regular check-ups and cleaning.

For good hair you need:

  1. A shampoo for your hair type – thin, thick, colored, dry, oily or normal.
  2. Daily shampooing to clean your hair.
  3. Conditioner to leave your hair shiny, healthy and smooth.
  4. A comb to help navigate your tangles.
  5. Gel or another styling product to help hold your preferred style.

For your skin you should:

  1. Apply deodorant and/or antiperspirant liberally each morning.
  2. Pluck any stray hairs between your eyebrows.
  3. Trim any nose or ear hairs that you can see.
  4. Use sunscreen and lotion every day, even if it is cloudy or rainy outside.
  5. Buy a small lip balm to treat chapped lips.

Extra Tips:

  1. Splurge on nice cologne
  2. Use preparation H on eyes to get rid of bags
  3. Take a multivitamin everyday
  4. Get real sun and fresh air everyday
  5. Stay happy and it will show in your appearance
